Follow up and management of pregnancies are according to international standards. During the first trimester opt to diagnose the maternal health status and embryo chromosomal condition. In the second trimester fetal anomaly scan rules out any organ abnormalities. The third trimester follow ups for the pregnant woman and her fetus are more frequent reassuring the normal fetal development and start antenatal classes for normal labour and delivery. The lessons include information about initiation of labour, contractions, labour room, epidural anaesthesia, newborn care, breast feeding etc. Our cesarean section rate is 35%.
